1. Who provides the service

The StudyAZ service is provided by STUDYAZ, or. Soroca, Moldova. Contact: contact@studyaz.eu.

2. Your account

You can use the site without an account: you automatically get a visitor account, kept for 7 days on your device (or one day if you don't do any exercise). To keep your progress, sign in with your Google account, and your visitor progress moves into it. You are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 16; between 13 and 15 you may use the service only with a parent's or guardian's consent; under 13 you cannot have your own account.

3. The service

StudyAZ provides materials and exercises for learning foreign languages. We do our best to offer correct content and a service that is always available, but we cannot guarantee that there will never be errors or interruptions (for example, during maintenance).

4. Free access

At present all StudyAZ features are free for every user, with no daily limit.

5. Rules of use

You may not:

• use the site for illegal activities
• try to access other users' accounts or bypass the technical limits of the service
• copy the site's content in bulk or use it commercially without our consent
• post comments that are offensive, discriminatory, misleading, spam or that infringe the rights of others

6. Your content

If you post comments or answer polls, you allow us to display them on the site. We may hide or delete content that breaks these rules. You can ask for your content to be deleted at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, exercises, design and code of the site belong to StudyAZ or its partners and are protected by law. You may use them only for your personal study.

8. Liability

You use the service at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Suspension of accounts

We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms. You can close your account at any time by writing to us at contact@studyaz.eu.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced on the site before they apply.

11. Applicable law

The law of the country where the operator is established (Moldova) applies, without affecting your consumer rights in the country where you live. For a complaint you can write to us at contact@studyaz.eu; you can also turn to the consumer protection authority or the courts in your country.

12. Diplomas and levels

StudyAZ diplomas and certificates only confirm your progress on the platform (the Steps you passed and your scores in our tests). They are not educational qualifications, they are not issued by an accredited educational institution and they are not equivalent to an officially recognised language certificate. The CEFR levels (A1–C2) shown on the site are indicative. The placement test and the Step exams are learning tools, not official assessments.
